My own journey in fitness began as a soccer player, but after experiencing the setback of an ACL injury, I truly understood the frustration of feeling held back by your own body. That experience taught me just how important support and a well-designed recovery plan can be—and it’s what inspires me to help others overcome their own challenges.
I also have a special passion for working with postpartum women, helping them reconnect with their bodies and feel empowered after childbirth. I understand the unique changes and challenges that come with this life stage, and I’m here to provide guidance and support through safe, effective routines that restore strength and confidence.
With my background in personal training, I create individualized fitness programs tailored to each person’s goals—whether that’s recovering from an injury, improving fitness, or enhancing athletic performance. In addition to one-on-one coaching, I lead group classes and wellness sessions at Upgrade Physical Therapy and Fitness, where I strive to create a welcoming space where everyone feels supported in their fitness journey.

My passion for physical therapy began on the track, where a leg injury once sidelined me from the sport I loved. That experience left me feeling trapped in my own body, frustrated and uncertain of what the future held.
